The Eliza

The Eliza is an Affordable mixed- use project located at 4790 Broadway, Inwood NY in Community Board 12. The residential development consists of 173 units plus one Superintendent’s unit. The project also includes several commercial and community spaces including The New York Public Library and a Universal Pre-Kindergarten. The project amenities include a resident lounge, a rooftop lounge and a gym that will be available to residents to utilize and is accessible with controlled key-fob entry. There will also be a secure Bike Storage room available for resident use along with a “re-loadable cash card” operated laundry room on the premises. Additional services available to tenants include approximately 10,000 square feet of Activities, Culture, and Training Center (ACTS) community facility space. Help One Building A

The Help One Building A is a brand newly constructed smoke-free building located in East New York Brooklyn with easy access to multiple subway lines and bus routes as well as the LIRR. This location provides easy access to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, health care, and leisure. The building offers 24-hour attended lobby, bike parking, community room, community event space, courtyard, laundry room*, and common area wi-fi. Tenants are responsible for electricity including electric stoves.

The building contains 111 supportive units and 72 affordable housing units and includes an on-site social service program for supportive units. Supportive housing is permanent, affordable housing with on-site support services to serve the needs of the most vulnerable New Yorkers, including the formerly homeless and disabled.

LINDEN TERRACE III

Linden Terrace III is a smoke-free 156-unit project located at 573 Emerald Street in the East New York Section of Brooklyn. This building is being constructed through the ELLA Program of both the New York City Housing Development Corporation (HDC) and the New York City Department of Housing and Preservation and Development (HPD) and HPD’s Mandatory Inclusionary Housing Program. The Project is in Brooklyn Community Board # 5 and is very accessible through public transportation.   Train options include the L train and buses include the B15.
